Service Description

Repairs refer to post-install requests unrelated to item defects. Standard Repairs scheduled within 1-7 business days. A tech will call to confirm your appointment with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) and an ERC (estimated resolution cost) within 24 hours. Standard pricing is $149 for the first hour and $89/hour thereafter (if applicable). *Please understand we only guarantee to send a qualified tech and that we can't guarantee issue resolution. After scheduling, surcharges/fees are non-refundable unless cancelation is done 48 hours in advance. Parking/tolls extra if required.
