Service Description

Same-Day Emergency Repairs are done within a 24-hour window (including off hours). If you book this, please be sure someone with site access is available within the selected 24-hour window. A tech will call you within the hour to confirm your appointment with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) and an ERC (estimated resolution cost). If the repair costs aren't within your budget we'll refund 100% of your deposit. *Please understand that we only guarantee to send a qualified tech and can't guarantee you issue resolution. ***No refunds after tech has been dispatched, no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours or 3 business days in advance to avoid possible fees.
